Prostate Cancer
Early diagnosis can change the course of the disease. A timely assessment makes it possible to identify changes, answer questions and decide on the best treatment.

What is Prostate Cancer?
Prostate cancer is a malignant tumour that develops in the prostate, a gland of the male reproductive system. It is one of the most common types of cancer in men, particularly from the age of 50 onwards.
How the disease progresses
In most cases it progresses slowly and may cause no symptoms in the early stages, which means that many men are unaware of its presence. Regular medical follow-up makes it possible to identify changes at an early stage, increasing the effectiveness of treatment and the likelihood of success.
There are several treatments available, tailored to each case, with very positive results, particularly when the diagnosis is made at an early stage.
